Stir Fried Salmon and Broccoli




4  2 piece salmon packages

1/2 bag of broccoli

1/2 chopped onion

2 Tb of coconut or olive oil

1/2  teaspoon cumin

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon ginger powder

2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons flour

1 cup water

Thaw salmon fillet halfway and take off skin. Cut each into 1 inch cubes. Then brown onions in oil in a large pan. Stir fry fish and seasoning without chopping until mostly done. Add broccoli mixing lightly and cover on medium heat for about 7 minutes or broccoli is heated. Finally stir in flour and water. Continue cooking until liquids are thicken about 1 minute. Serve as a main course or eat with organic short grain rice.
