Stir Fried Salmon and Broccoli




4  2 piece salmon packages

1/2 bag of broccoli

1/2 chopped onion

2 Tb of coconut or olive oil

1/2  teaspoon cumin

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon ginger powder

2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons flour

1 cup water

Thaw salmon fillet halfway and take off skin. Cut each into 1 inch cubes. Then brown onions in oil in a large pan. Stir fry fish and seasoning without chopping until mostly done. Add broccoli mixing lightly and cover on medium heat for about 7 minutes or broccoli is heated. Finally stir in flour and water. Continue cooking until liquids are thicken about 1 minute. Serve as a main course or eat with organic short grain rice.

Best biscuits recipe






2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of baking powder
6 table spoons of coconut oil
2/3 cups of milk



Preheat oven at 400 degrees.  Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Next blind in oil until flour is smooth ,not many lumps  .Last put in milk.You can knead the bread between your two hands or put it on a plate with a little flour for  30 strokes. Then smash it down.Use a cutter and cut out biscuits. Place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake about 12 minutes. Makes about 12 .


I love this recipe. If you don't have coconut oil you  may use any other oil or butter but these are the best with Trader Joe's Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. Enjoy!

Sweet and Salty Popcorn

1/3 cup of white popcorn
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tb raw  honey
salt

Heat oil and popcorn in a covered pot. Cook until popcorn slows down. Pour popcorn into a bowl. Heat honey in the pot for one miunte. Drizzle honey over popcorn and sprinkle with salt. Enjoy!
